Last updated June 2026
These Terms govern your use of ConciergeGuest (the "Service"), operated by [Company Name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members' use of the Service. A verified phone number may be required to create an organization.
2. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe). Plan limits (events, guests per event, features) are as shown on the pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send spam, upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to breach the security or tenant-isolation of the platform. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact your guests.
4. Your data and your guests' data
You retain ownership of the data you upload, including guest lists. You are the data controller for your guests' personal data; we process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have a lawful basis to upload and contact those guests.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination we will delete or return your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
